| In the scope of the study of the "on-bottom/off-bottom" mortality model in the south of the Marennes Oléron Bay, the result of the 2003 multidisciplinary study (Dynamor) appears to be the hypothesis of an acute stress, "ultimate" trigger of the mortality episodes in June. In 2004 we aim to look for the nature of this stress through the physico-chemical analysis of the sediment (Eh, pH, sulphides and ammoniacal nitrogen), the organic matter and chlorophyll load on the surface of the sediment between April and July. | La toxicité de l'herbicide glyphosate a été testée sur des échantillons de jacinthe d'eau (Eichhornia crassipes) mis en culture dans des aquariums en verre. La plus faible dose du produit (0.09g.m-2)entraîne une augmentation de la croissance pondérale des plantes. Les doses intermédiaires (0.18 et 0.36g.m-2) entraînent une diminution de cette croissance mais elles ont pour effet d'augmenter l'émission de stolons (reproduction végétative). Par contre, la dose de glyphosate égale à 0.72g.m-2 entraîne la destruction totale et irréversible des plantes. |

| В рамках направления морфо-функциональной экологии водной растительности анализируются особенности подходов, сформировавшихся в процессе развития двух школ: лаборатории экологического метаболизма ИнБЮМ, под руководством д. б. н. К. М. Хайлова (ЛЭМ), и альгологической группы Одесского Филиала ИнБЮМ, под руководством д. б. н. Г. Г. Миничевой (ОФ). Обсуждается сходство и различия методов измерения и расчета удельной и общей поверхности фитосистем на различных уровнях организации. Делается вывод об использовании единого методологического принципа, основанного на учете морфо-функциональных свойств каждого уровня иерархической организации растительных систем.
